End customers of procurement procedures

These are the end customers of procurement procedures for which documentation was prepared. Names and logos do not imply a direct contract, partnership or endorsement.
01How do we start?
Send a short brief by Telegram or email: your goal, deadline and available materials. Include a tender link, specification, model or example if available. I review the inputs, clarify questions and agree the scope, deliverable, fee and timeline before starting.
02Can I order a single service?
Yes. You can request a standalone product search, specification review, comparison, bid document package or commercial proposal. For a larger assignment, we agree the stages and deliverables separately.
03What does bid preparation include?
Reviewing the procurement requirements, mandatory documents and evaluation criteria; preparing the agreed submission package; checking completeness and consistency. Clarification requests and submission assistance are agreed separately where needed. The participating company supplies accurate corporate, financial and product information.
04What information do you need?
The exact list depends on the procedure. Usually it includes the tender link or lot number, procurement documents, company details, product specifications and offer terms. I identify missing inputs. Do not send private signing keys or passwords; signing and account access are discussed separately.
05How long does the work take?
Timing depends on complexity, item count, document volume and input readiness. Bid document preparation typically takes 2–30 days; an actual deadline is agreed after review. For urgent work, state the submission deadline immediately so feasibility can be checked first.
06How are fees calculated?
Website prices are starting estimates. The final fee reflects scope, search complexity, languages, urgency and output format. Scope and price are agreed before work begins. New tasks introduced later are quoted before they are carried out.
07Can you identify an item from a photo?
Yes. A photo, nameplate, part number, brand, model or description of its use can help. If identification is uncertain, I list possible matches and missing information. Unverified specifications are clearly identified.
08How do you compare alternatives?
I compare the relevant requirements: purpose, performance, dimensions, connections, materials and configuration. The result identifies matches, deviations and unverified parameters. Acceptance in a particular tender and final compatibility must be confirmed against its requirements and manufacturer documentation.
09What does supplier sourcing include?
Finding companies for the product, country, volume and requirements; collecting available contacts, product information and trading terms. Requests for quotations and further checks depend on the agreed brief. A website alone does not establish reliability; verify payment, warranties and delivery terms before contracting.
10What can import-history research show?
Research covers the agreed brand, model, country and period using available sources. Detail and completeness depend on coverage. A complete transaction history cannot be promised in advance. Customs value is not a retail price or a current quotation.
11How are deliverables provided?
In an agreed format such as Word, Excel, PDF, a presentation or an annotated list of links. Comparison criteria are agreed in advance. Let me know beforehand if you need editable source files, language versions or a corporate template.
12Can I request revisions?
Revision scope and acceptance are agreed beforehand. Issues are reviewed against the original brief. New products, changed specifications or additional materials may affect scope, price and timing and are agreed before further work.
13How do payment and file sharing work?
Payment method and stages are agreed individually before work starts. This website has no online payment or file upload. Use Telegram or email and share only necessary information. Discuss special access or transfer requirements before sending restricted materials.
14Do you guarantee a tender win?
No. Admission and award decisions rest with the procurement customer and depend on the procedure, competition, price and bidder’s offer. My role is the agreed preparation and assistance. The organisations named on this website are end customers of procurement procedures; their inclusion does not imply a direct contract or partnership.
